JFK Transfer T7 To T8 Question

Hey guys,

so after flying in and out of JFK as an FA for the last 10 years, now came the time when I will be using JFK as a PASSENGER! *omg I know!* Wow!

I will fly into T7 on BA from LHR and out on AA to BOS from T8.

Connecting time 2hrs. Mid July 2012. Arrival 2pm - Departure 4pm

Now who can give me some hints/tips/tricks/advice on how to do the smoothest connection between those 2 terminals?

I already know that T7 and T8 are not connected air-side and that the most plausible way would be to connect by AirTrain.

Is all of that correct? Or is there a smoother/less-hassle way?

Yes walk outside T-7, cross the street to the Airtrain station, and ride it to T-8 stop.
